I ordered sent them message on facebook messenger and now they disabled it cant reach them neither good luck, they scammed me too

They don't offer a phone number for you to call and even though their site says they will respond to emails within 24 hours they don't! I emailed 3x over two weeks before they finally emailed back 15 days later to tell me my order from 8 weeks previous was still in their queue and they'd let me know when it shipped. Huge scam! Contact your credit card and get funds refunded that way.
