You have to have digital scales, a mirror or a friend, and a cell phone. You Calabrese the scale to 0, step on, get weight, step off, repeat, submit. Helps to have a friend.
It is very easy to verify your starting and finishing weights. They have an app, and you do a video of the weigh-ins either in front of a mirror by yourself or with a friend. Then you upload it to HealthyWage. They will let you know when it has been accepted. It is very easy.
You can pay all at one time or do the 6 month payment and then it automatically stops drafting from your account
