As of April 2021 they have not improved. Probably worse.

My name is Sharnice Cooper and you have an order that needs to be reshipped to my address. Please mail it back out.
I have multiple orders some as long as 2 months old that have not yet shipped. ALl attempts to contact Hautelook have gone unanswered and for naught. What do I do? How can I get the stuff I ordered or at least a refund?
I canceled an order a few minutes after I submitted it because I was then informed it would not be delivered until after Christmas. But my paypal was charged anyway. How do I get a refund?
What is Hautelooks response to all these negative/poor reviews. As a consumer I take revels very serious and if this is the truth I definitely won't take the risk of shopping at Hautelook.
