They don't have a phone number publicly available, and I got ghosted on my email.

IF YOU COULD UNDERSTAND THEM THAT WOULD BE A PLUS. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

As unsatisfied as I am with the company, they do have plenty of people available to answer the phones. I waited maybe ten seconds to talk to a representative who was a very nice if utterly unhelpful person.
