They have a contact number in Hong Kong From the US you dial 011 852 541 03985. Theres a 13 hr time difference. They are ahead of us by a day. You have to get a calling card for international calls. It is about 2 or 3 cents a minute. I havent tried yet but will be on Monday. I was scammed $90
