I tried to get out of the contract also and had the same issue before they kept telling me that I signed for year and there is no way out and that I had to pay up for the entire year and there's no cancellation fees in order for me to get out until I took a second look at my contract and it didn't say nothing about me signing for a year. So to get out of the contract double-check your contract and ask them to send you a copy of what you signed highlighting the part where you sign for year
