How the heck do you contact anyone to help you reset password?! I can't get into my account because I have lost my password. It is going on four weeks and numerous groovebook web sites trying to get help! As it stands right now I can't even cancel my membership! This ridiculous and I sure hope someone will answer this email as none of the others were answered!

GOOD LUCK! My suggestion is to dispute the chg with your bank or cc on file and NEVER do business with them or anything related to SHUTTERFLY, as they are the company that bought out Groove Book and drove it into the ground! HORRIBLE QUALITY... NO RESPONSE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TRY FOR ANSWERS OR A SOLUTION TO CRAP PICTURE QUALITY! Dispute the cigs and stay FAR away!

Though I still say this is an incredible product, customer service is their downfall. Communication and technical support is a huge problem for this company and thus my initial complaint.
If you have a problem, you have to email customer support. They take up to 72 hrs to respond, and *hopefully* answer your question with appropriate instructions... which they often did not when I had questions. If you receive inappropriate directions, you must email back, wait 72 hrs, get another customer service agent who may give you helpful information or directions... or may not.
If you are close to your "deadline", trying to download your photos and have a problem, you have no customer service support.
It is $2.99. I try to keep this in mind.
But it gets very frustrating. I am sorry. I wish I could be of more help.
