Looking at the reviews for Green Geeks is sad. What happened to this company? Why are the reviews so low. Is this the new norm?

Their support personnel were actually excellent with me. I cancelled all my services and have little good to say about their systems, but their support was good and their people very fast and efficient. Poor reviews for their support are unwarranted, IMO.
