Hello Sue. These are US sizes. If you usually run a 9.5 in ladies shoes I would recommend you order that size.

I've been reading the reviews and quite a few mention the spring(s) start making loud, irritating noises after only a few months of wear. sounds like this will happen shortly after the 30/60 guarantee period. should i be concerned about this with a pair of men's gammas? Hello Richard! So sorry for the late response, we have just unlocked our site jabber account to communicate with customers like you. Springs have been an issue with some of our designs in the past, this is why we have removed metal springs from our new designs and replaced them with synthetic springs.
