Running shoes-heel-to-toe movement with a higher heel drop. Court shoes-lateral support and stability and are flatter. Do you have court shoes?

Send them back using their label or a FedEx or Ups label. But keep proof and request the delivery company to send you proof they received it. I still have not received acknowledgement, a refund, or responses to 2 emails to customer service.
