Send them back using their label or a FedEx or Ups label. But keep proof and request the delivery company to send you proof they received it. I still have not received acknowledgement, a refund, or responses to 2 emails to customer service.

Good question. It's more like no customer service. Completely nonresponsive to return and request for refund.
