I cancelled my 583GOG ticket on 3rd June 2016. Till date I have not received refund. Calling Customer care costs minimum 30 minutes. Every time they promise that amount shall be refunded in next two weeks. Even today on 16 Aug I have been told to wait for two another weeks. WHERE CAN A CUSTOMER GO TO LAUNCH A COMPLAIN TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
