I cancelled my 583gog ticket on 3rd june 2016. till date i have not received refund. calling customer care costs minimum 30 minutes. every time they promise that amount shall be refunded in next two weeks. even today on 16 aug i have been told to wait for two another weeks. where can a customer go to launch a complain to get my money back?
