Ya I couldn't get a hold of them. I canceled through my car as well and got one month refunded

They did stop the monthly charge to my credit card and i was most concerned about that. They refunded 1 of 2 months i requested. I knew better to accept a "free trial", i relearned it again.

Hi John, i have tried to get my money back via PayPal and it was unsuccessful. I even rang them up, the people that ripped me off and i was told to write a letter with proof of my identity and send it to them if i want a refund it was all a lie. You can chase them up using the same contact details you've been using with them or just kiss your money goodbye. I'm being honest here. They will make you go through hell just to get your money back. It was the biggest mistake i ever made with these assholes. (excuse the language)
