My CVS Pharmacy said I could not use the GoodRx coupon because I had insurance. The commercials on T.V. say otherwise. Which is correct?

Hello! We're very sorry if there was any misunderstanding. You can use GoodRx instead of your insurance if the GoodRx price is less than your co-pay.
