My CVS Pharmacy said I could not use the GoodRx coupon because I had insurance. The commercials on T.V. say otherwise. Which is correct?

Hello! We're very sorry if there was any misunderstanding. You can use GoodRx instead of your insurance if the GoodRx price is less than your co-pay. However, you can't combine the twoyou can't use a GoodRx coupon to lower your co-pay. Please give us a call at 888-799-2553 if you have any further questions!
