We placed an order on 8/31/15 and still have not seen the pending in paypal change. We have emailed trying to get confirmation of shipping as the items ordered are needed for faire on 9/12-13. Why is it so hard to get answers from customer service?

For all issues the customer service number is a recording that directs you to their websites FAQ and email address and doesn't give you the option for a live operator. This is likely due to the overwhelming number ofcomplaints for poor quality merchandise and failing to meet their orders deadlines. If you read their return policy you will see they are aware they are selling garbage and expect you to be dissatisfied. Therefore they make every effort to discourage you from being able to reach them.

I jist ordered from them and I got an email saying thanks for your order and everything I ordered was in the email, I come back the next day to check on everything and the site said I had no recent orders and the money was back in my account too... so I have no idea whats going on but so far I dont like it.

Hello Demona if the PayPal is still pending it's possible they have not processed the transaction if paypal has not sent the funds thru. Some banks take a little longer. When I emailed I got a response right away. I don't know why they are not responding. Have you called to speak to a representative? They're good about shipping if they have your item in stock.
