How can I get credit back from Golfzing and How can I cancel my wife's automatic charge account?

Why did i lose 18,000 zingpoints?
I tried booking a tee time using my ZingPoints only to get charged $1.49 and then get a confirming email stating I have to pay $29.97 at the course. I had enough points to cover this supposed free round. What is happening? I've sent two emails asking this question and haven't received a response.
