Is Goggles4u.co.uk a scam or a legit company?

The trademark owner in the USA (American Eyewear Inc. of California) trading via goggles4u.com is perfectly legitimate but the registrant of goggles4u.co.uk (note the different ending) is an unidentified individual called "Skybeans" living at 132 Redcliffe Street, Rodbourne, Swindon SN2 2BY who is breaking Nominet rules and trading unlawfully in the UK.
