I see that you have taken my money but will not allow me to access my account. I find this totally unacceptable and wish to close my account. I find this impossible as I cannot access it. I have instructed my bank to not allow further transactions and to try and recover what has already been paid. I will also be talking to the TV prgramme Rip Off Britain.
