Hi Mark, We have only been reviewed a few times on this site, and most seem to be by disgruntled users. Those 20 reviews are no way the reflective voice of our over 2 million users. You can see a much more well-rounded view of our company by visiting Trustpilot.com. We'd encourage you to read our responses to the low reviews, too, so that you get the whole story. To answer your question about fees, we take 2.5% from bookings for our paid members, and 5% from bookings for our free members. While GigSalad doesn't offer a deposit option, we provide peace of mind in a few key ways. When you book through our platform, your payment is held securely and isn't released to the vendor until after the event. That means your money is protected until services are completed. Hi Hidetoshi, thank you for the question! Unfortunately, you cannot transfer reviews from other platforms. However, you can request reviews from past clients - even those who didn't book you on GigSalad. Just click on the Reviews tab in your Dashboard, then Request Reviews. They won't be verified, but it's a good start for your profile until you get some bookings. Please reach out to help@gigsalad.com with any other questions in the future.
