When buying any iPhone from orchard, does the phone come with the accessories (charging cable, charging block, earbuds ) or does it just come with the phone itself?
Thanks so much for reaching out about our phones! Accessories, like chargers and earpods, are sold separately. You can add these onto your order at checkout.
Hope this helps!

My question is how do I deal with the following on my iPhone 4s I bought from Orchard in March 2017? :Takes info for the Calendar that shows up on my iPad but not on the phone :Will no longer play sound, as in CBC radio, memos, etc, yet still rings upon a call or timer :After 100% charge and only email and text use shuts off in less than 3 hours
Cosmetically, I'm more concerned about the screen having any scratches or dead pixels than I am about minor scuffs and scratches on the back/body of the phone, since I'll have a cover on it. I'm confused by: Good, Very Good, Like New. What exactly do these assure in terms of screen quality?
