Why did my new range came out of the sealed box with black grease fingers prints and NO protective plastic film? Also, dings and misaligned drawer.

hi my dryer won,t heat up only a year old in july was told when i bought the washer and dryer set it was covered for 2 years now they won,t cover
my dryer is only year old now it won,t heat up of course warranty is should get longer time out of it always bought ge never again
