I completely agree. They advertise the items and yet haven't even sourced them from the manufacturer yet, I have instantly requested a full refund. Hopefully I will see this.
I believe it is. I ordered an item in early September and am still waiting for delivery. Their Customer Service does appear to be a bad joke. My advice is to look elsewhere for your items.
