After several years as a Gold member why am i being told i am forbidden to use FT on my chrome browser.Same happens on Firefox

WHY AM I BEING FORBIDDEN TO USE FT,IHAVE BEEN A GOLD MEMBER FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND AM REALLY ANNOYED BY THIS
