was given some of your meals frozen, by a friend who froze them day after she received them is this ok, i ate one so far and it tasted good

Yes it ok if you freeze Freshly's meals though Freshly will never receive the meals pre-frozen.

Thanks for your question! That is absolutely fine! The meals are intended to be refrigerated, but freezing will allow you to keep them far past the use-by date. You'll just need to add some extra microwave time!
