So my order shipped early on Wed and I got it after I ate dinner tonight. By the time I eat my first meal it is 4 days old. My question - how long do these meals stay good in teh fridge. Have never been a leftovers person but want to stay open minded. Thanks.

Great question! Because we don't use chemical/artificial preservatives our meals have a shorter refrigerated shelf life than frozen dinners & the like. There is a use-by date stamped on each meal's sleeve--it's typically about 4-5 days out. At that time you can certainly freeze any meals you haven't eaten to make them last longer.:-)
