We don't currently have any kind of return program. We wouldn't be able to reuse the packaging since it has shipped food items. We do our best to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible. Our boxes are recyclable, as are the plastic meal containers and cardboard sleeves. The recycled denim insulation is largely biodegradable, and the gel ice packs are non-toxic, water soluble, and the plastic bags for them are recyclable.:-)

And we're always looking for new ideas/products to help even more!
