If I freeze these meals how could I heat heat in oven. Don't use microwave. Any suggestions what temperature I could use and how long to reheat.

All of our meals are portioned for one person! On average, the portion sizes are 12-15 ounces.

Each meals are portioned only for one and not very big but dietary correct. Americans are just used to larger portions than they should be eating
