I see wildly different opinions the food. Are there different places where the food is prepared? What kind of quality control procedures are in place? E.g., perhaps different chefs have different competencies?

No the meals are currently all cooked at our kitchen in Phoenix. We have definitely found that food is incredibly subjective. One customer will rave about the meals while the next may severely dislike them. Even meal-to-meal---one person recently said the Lebanese meatballs we had was their absolute favorite while another said they couldn't stand the dish.:-) We have strict quality control standards in place for consistency, food safety & taste & if ever we come across a quality issue we report it immediately for investigation & correction.
