I received my six meal intro from freshly and was dissapointed to see the microwave instructions. I want to know if the meals can be placed in a conventional oven.

You can certainly heat the meals in the oven! Youll just need to pop the meals into an oven-safe dish! We suggest at 350 degrees, for breakfasts about 4 minutes, stir/mix up then 2 more minutes... for entrees about 8 minutes, stir/mix up then 2 more minutes. Of course, times will vary based on your preferences! The meals are already cooked so you're really just reheating to your desired temperature.:-)
