Do you have a special intro for new clients that is 6 meals for $49? What is your usual shelf life? Frank Tavel, M.D.

6 meals usually run about $10 or more so $49 sounds like a 1 week promo. I left due to the cost at the largest quantity down to about $8 per meals.
The shelf life they say 4 to 5 days in your refrigerator but 3 months if you freeze them

Hi Frank,
Thanks for reaching out! Since we cook the meals and ship them without using chemical/artificial preservatives, they do have a shorter refrigerated shelf life than say, commercial frozen dinners, etc. Just like if you were to cook food at home and store in your refrigerator!
Typically the "use by" date on the meals is about 4-5 days from the ship date. You can certainly freeze them to make them last far longer, you'll just want to add at least 1 minute to the heating time if heating from frozen.
We currently have an ad to receive your first week of the 6-Meal Plan for $39! Below is a helpful link:

I hope this helps!
