Do all the meals for the week come in one shipment or are they separate shipments?

Great question!
Say you choose the 6 Meal plan--during ordering you'll pick your start delivery day--say you pick the next Wednesday available. You'll get those 6 meals all delivered in one box on that Wednesday, and then 6 meals every Wednesday moving forward, unless you skip weeks, pause, or cancel. :) You'd also be able to change your plan size if needed!
