The meals are made for one person only and the volume food is a controlled, weighed out amount of food. It's definitely not like your at home and you pile up your plate. Each meal has a specific calorie amount per meal. Definitely no left overs which I am good with because I am counting my calories so it works for me. Most of the food is great and tastes good. The meat textures for steaks are not the greatest but they have many meals to choose from. If your looking for fast, convenient and satisfying meals in your fast paced life you should give them a try.
