I've only tried to reach customer service one time while working with Freeeup, about an administrative question, and got an immediate reply that solved my problem.
I am impressed with Freeeup customer service. Anytime I have a question or want to be introduced to a client they are very responsive and attentive to my messages.
Easy - responses within 2-3 hours usually and they are definitely there to help, not just provide canned responses.
It's very easy, all you need to do is message them and they'll respond to you as soon as they can. They've answered every inquiry and helped me the best way they can.
