The site don't have a policy to protect freelancers.

I was scam too as a freelancer but some of them are introduce by my friends who did not pay me after my service but I look and become happy when I meet with good one with payment. What I meant being a freelancer is do something you like and in various potential and search the one that you will be happy with and reach your own potential.

Only way you cn get a respond is if you go on their FB page and make comments, send them FB messages, hushtag them with bad reviews and post bad reviews everywhere!

It was a nightmare getting my money back from these scmmers

You will try to withdraw ur money and that s what will happen:
- verify ur account
- takes more and more time to verify ur account
- they will tell you that they will not make any transactions within a few weeks telling the reason holidays or etc.
- if u are lucky and your earned money still not returned to the employer then u will be able to withdraw money.

I dont' think they close your account without any reason. You can verify and withdraw money easily. You can contact freelancer support if you have any problem.
