Hi Sandra, these are scams, you never, ever pay anyone to get work. When you bid for projects on the platform, it has to be a straight forward as can be. The recruiter accepts your bid and awards the project to you. Because you bid on many projects, always make sure you know which bid it is that you were awarded. Once you accept the bid, the recruiter should immediately do an initial milestone payment equal or more than the bid amount, i. E. if you charged $100 for the project, the amount deposited should be $100 or more. Do NOT go off the platform to communicate with 'recruiters' as these are people who want your hard work for free or want money from you.
