How can i cancel a project with a freelancer i have hired on your site. The project is 4 months over due and less than 60% finished. This freelancer is difficult and we are at another stand off over what they agreed to do. I don't have time for this i have behind the scenes costs that are mounting and i need to move on. How can i cancel and get all my money back?

It is a scam to steal your money. They will allow you to deposit funds which are supposed to be to pay freelancers, but instead they will reverse your account into a negative balance and steal your money. You don't see anything for the money. You can report them as fraudulent here: https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
