No, you can't stop them. Moreover, there have been lots of cases of harassment and stealing people's photo and data from Freedating. It's safer to use sites like

They have reasonable fees and your data, including your financial information is protected. I stopped using Freedating after 3 unauthorized charges that were put on my bank card one week after I signed up for Freedating.
