How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Forsage.io?

Hello!
We don't have customer service.
Members of the "Forsage" community are partners. Customers are assumed to be in the B2C (Business to Consumer).
FORSAGE does not have a root to which the accruals would pass. Forsage is a fully decentralized system.
There are no managers or administrators, there are only the creators who are equal participants in the project, like everyone else. The Forsage smart contract is nothing more than a payment gateway that facilitates peer-to-peer commission payments between its participants. The profit routes from other members directly into your personal wallet. There is no hoarding in the system, the income belongs only to you.
