Since we do not check credit, the one and ONLY thing which is important to qualify is income. You must stil adhere to the property's guidelnes when we do the application to qualify with your income. Most properties ask for 3x the amount of the rent. So, for example, if your rent was $1,000 a month, you must make $3,000 a month income to qualify.
