My son made a booking for 19. Oktober instead September. Is it possible to change it?

I also was hit with hidden service fee, airlines credit card fee's and now I have just noticed that after a month from purchasing the ticket, they have charge my credit card another 31.00 fee which is a rebooking fee, I have tried for over an hour to get thur to customer service no answer. Does any one know what this rebooking fee is?

HI all, I recently bought a ticket from Fluege.de even after i did not check the box for their some special services, They charged me for it,. Can i somehow complain about it somewhere or can i get my money back? Its ridiculousness for being paid to something which u do not want to. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks!
