They are a legitimate company, as I have received a fault piece of equipment, but have been scamming me for the last 4 months by not delivering a working piece of equipment.

You can get hold of a salesperson over the phone but there is no way to contact someone in their Customer Services department. This seems likely, as customer services is nearly non-existent. 2-3 weeks to respond to e-mails and the sales people state they will pass on requests, but nothing happens.
