It's hard to speak with anyone immediately. It seems to be a relatively small operation where you have to send an email and wait for someone to get back to you.

Scam Business If you buy wine one time, they will bill you credit card every month with out you authorization. That way they are forcing customers to buy full box of wine every month. Also they don't aloud to make returns of wine they sent you. Roman
