We always send a reminder a week before just in case you have to cancel a shipment, if it's in transit we can request a return to sender and process a refund once it's returned. Unfortunately, once an order has been delivered we are unable to process a refund. We try to be as transparent as possible and send you several emails ahead of time just in case you do have to cancel, or even return the order before delivery.
