We always send a reminder a week before just in case you have to cancel a shipment, if it's in transit we can request a return to sender and process a refund once it's returned. Unfortunately, once an order has been delivered we are unable to process a refund. We try to be as transparent as possible and send you several emails ahead of time just in case you do have to cancel, or even return the order before delivery. As always, we are more than happy to offer a store credit for any wines you dislike once you've tried them.
