The clothes have to be made or sourced. They do not actually have anything in stock. Thats why there's no labels and sizes are all different. No decent company would not put on their own label. If enough people order an item then its made, if not then they fob you off with stuff like sold out even though when you order they say it is. Then the stuff is in transit and may or may not arrive depending on how much profit is to be made. It's a rip off from start to finish
