Since you opened a dispute with PayPal and asked for a refund, my colleague of dispute department would like to offer you US$15 if you would like to keep that product. However, you refused. So PayPal ask you to send the product back and then we will offer you a full refund. Until now, we didn't receive your returned product. If you did ship it back, please offer me the tracking number and I will confirm with the courier. We will refund you within 5 business days once parcel arrives in China. Thank you
Yvonne, don't believe they will refund you at all. If you are in the US, there's a California address to return to NOT China. I returned my item in June & have been emailing since to no avail. The cust svc reps respond but say they are only able to 'submit' the refund request to the finance dept. who seem to be non existent. 3 months later... ho hum. Kiss the $ g'bye!
