I ordered over $250.00 worth of merchandise on the 2 of May. I paid with my Brinks card, but it keeps charging to my 1st payment method, my partners card. I have sent a bank statement to customer services showing the items are paid for. My partners bank is overdrawn because FM keeps trying to bill us way after fashionmia has taken my payment for the same "paid" order. Topping it off I login to track items to see that my order is at a hold because payment is "required" Again I have a bank statement showing I paid. I've called, emailed, opened dispute to no avail. This is becoming absurd. How can this issue be resolved? I can somewhat understand the mixup, but I've never had an issue like this with other companies.
