I need to return order B1603222 for a full refund including shipping because the tops were not as shown (MUCH shorter) but I can't get a live person on the phone (it says press 1 top leave a message but that doesn't work and then after a while it insists you leave a message but then just disconnects you) and my emails are not being answered. The lady on chat disconnected me after asking for pictures, totally insulting to ask for pictures, and there is no way I can see to attach pics on chat. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service!

I returned my item exactly as instructed & have been chasing my refund for 3 months. Cust. Svc reps say they can only forward requests for refund to the finance dept which seems non-existent. Just re-sell items on ebay so you can have a chance to get some $ back.
