Since I'm in USA, Via email, Cust Svc rep advised me to return to California so I did but 3 months later, I'm still chasing down my refund. Cust Svc reps can only forward the request for refund to their finance dept. that seems non-existent. Just keep your items & re-sell on ebay to get your $ back.
