Fashion in the box team did get back to us and they apologised for the delay and they said that if we are unhappy with the product, they will refund the money. We will wait and see. I will keep you posted, Thanks FS

FashionInTheBox.com is a very poor excuse for a company.
We recently ordered a dress, that was so badly made, it was unbelievable, the dress looked like it took 5 minutes to make, and we have been waiting three days for someone to get back to us, and are still waiting.
There is no customer service number, the company doesn’t seem to be registered anywhere, and if you are thinking of purchasing anything from them, DONT.
You would be better off flashing your money down the toilet.

If you just enter in "wedding dress" in the sitejabber search you will find dozens of horror stories of people sending money to china in hopes of getting their wedding dress/prom gown on time and it never materializes or worse their credit card gets charged big $$$$. If this dress is for a special occasion, play it safe and order from a site with a toll free US phone number so they can be held accountable for their actions. Companies based outside the US can do whatever they want and there will be no way of getting your money back or a refund if needed.
