I have placed an order since october and christina kept telling me they are having a problem with customs now they are not answering their phones

I am waiting for 2x order since october 2017. i have been in contact with christina but now i have no luck in contacting here on the provided number?

I have an outstanding order since nov 2017 to date i havent recived it and they do not answer their phone. what must i do.
